Pilot and Nurse Cookies

I did 150 of these beauties for a wedding.  The groom is a pilot and the bride is a nurse.  These were big cookies!  Took 5 batches of cookies dough and 4 bags of confectionsers sugar to complete these.  I used some red disco dust on the heart of the nurses hat and some lime/green disco dust on the details of the plane.  I love disco dust, it just adds such a unique touch.
