Yummy

I tried this easy chocolate cookie recipe today, since I was short on time but was having a strong cookie baking craving.  Straight from Sugarbelle's latest post these are seriously easy, quick and delicious.  Plus, I love the flavor resemblence to cupcakes.  It could almost be a cupcake cookie.  One thing I did notice is that if you overbake or underbake there is a big difference.  My first batch was very moist and chewy and the second batch I cooked a couple minutes longer and it turned out very light, slightly crunchy.  Delicious either way. 

Whoopie Pie

Made some Whoopie Pies tonight using the recipes from my new Christmas gift, (thanks Matt and Lisa), Whoopie Pie.  I'm liking the book so far.  There are many great choices!  I can't wait to try the S'more Whoopie Pie and Peanut Butter Whoopie!
